Terms and Conditions
All services provided by BuiltBoards ("BuiltBoards") may be
used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of
any information, data or material in violation of any Britsh or United States
federal, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not
limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening
or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute.
The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BuiltBoards from any
claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber
or any other party.
Customer Agreement
Every forum Administrator should agree on every term and condition before and
during the signup of their free forum at builtboards.com including periodic
verifications of these terms. You must agree with these terms and
conditions to use our services.
Privacy Policy

1) Indecent Images & Links
Your forum must not store, present or transmit any website link/image or
have any relationship with adult material. This includes pornographic
images of adults and/or minors along with links to such websites which
store, present or transmit pornographic/indecent images. From time to
time you may come across such automated computing programs of which put
such material on your forum. Such programs might post
pornographic/indecent images along with links to indecent sites. As
your responsibility as a Administrator, you must delete, hide, or edit
such posts/topics so they are no longer violating this term.
2) Misuse
Your forum must not be used to store or present junk. For instance: spamming
and/or flaming. If your forum's content is purely violating this term,
then we will delete the forum in question due to it being a waste of
server resources. Such forums will be deleted to free up space for
forums which will use space in a more appropriate way.
3) Topics & Material
Your forum must not be on a subject which discusses illegal material/topics.
For example: drugs, terrorism, firearms and racial content. This
includes the presentation, storage or transmission of
links/images/content to potential illegal sites and substances.
4) Legal Use
Your forum's content must be legal. If we find any content which is illegal
in either the United States of America or United Kingdom action will be
taken upon the forum. The database will be supplied to local
authorities if deemed necessary by our Administrators. You agree that
your forum will not breach certain laws. These include: invasion of
privacy, impersonation of others, harassment and breach of copyright
laws. You must not allow any content which is or linked to Warez. This
includes linking or writing about: hacking(defacement), viruses,
Trojans, passwords and any programs which intend to cause harm.
5) Links / Advertisements & Promotion
Your forum must not be made to redirect to another website. You are also now
allowed to tamper with any links, advertisements or any other forced
content on your forum which we have placed.
6) Email Functions
You must not use the email function to spam email addresses which is
included in your Administration panel. This is illegal and not
tolerated(term 4). You may only mass email your members if something
deserving is taking place on with your forum. You may not mass mail
your members for other reasons, which include sales of hosting.
7) Languages
At this moment in time we only host English forums. Your
posts/topics/images/links must be in English until we support other
languages.
8) Hierarchy
You must not, ban, warn, or modify BuiltBoards administration accounts in any
way. When a issue occurs with your forum which requires us to log into
your administration panel, we do so using a specified username which we
will email to you beforehand. You may not modify this account in anyway
unless specified otherwise.
9) Abuse of Staff
In addition to the following terms and conditions above, you agree that
you will treat our staff with respect just as they treat you with
respect. Our staff have the right to cancel your forum and/or disable
you from entering our website if you have insulted our staff. We have
the right to decline our services to anyone at any given moment for any
reason. If you do not follow our terms of service, you accept that you
will be declined our service.
10) Responsibility of Data
You acknowledge that your are responsible for your forum's content and it
can deleted it at any time given due to a violation. We will not be
held responsible if any data loss has occurred. You are solely
responsible for what your members/guests post upon your forum at BuiltBoards.
11) Availablity
All forums are subject to availablity and administrator decisions. If we decide to edit/amend or delete any data we are allowed. Also by having a forum you do not own any of this site at any time, BuiltBoards have complete power and say over what to do with all accounts.
12) Terms and Policy Change
We may modify these terms and conditions and our privacy policy at any time without prior notice.
Our Role
If you find a forum which violates any of these terms, then please contact us as soon as possible by completeing our report form with sufficient evidence for
us to disable such forums.
